Students will use the inquiry process to investigate and seek answers regarding local and global issues. The unit provides students with the opportunity to complete a detailed inquiry of an environmental issue, with the focus on the methodology needed to support the teaching and learning of natural and social sciences in educational settings. Students will be engaged in the following processes: problem identification, posing researchable questions; locating information; sorting and organising data and information; application of knowledge and implementation of the project; presenting their project in appropriate ways. -- Course Website
